SWAP GUIDE LINES

1. MUST be an active member to participate

2. Only commited members may join. We are in the process of creating a happy, caring community. Slackers NOT wanted.

3. QUALITY COUNTS

4. If you see a swap you like please respond quickly.

SWAP UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS SWAP UNTO YOU.

REMEMBER : Everyone has their own taste and style and you might not get something that you would chose for yourself. This is what makes a swap exciting and diverse.

HOSTESS

1. MUST have 15 post and introduce yourself to the neighborhood to host a swap.

2. MUST post complete information of swap. What to make, how to make, how many to make, and due date.
Please put due date in thread line.

3. When opening a swap write OPEN, when swap is filled write CLOSED.

4. Must keep in contact with all participants.

5. Please be patient it can take some time to fill a swap.

6. Hostess in NOT responsible for returned postage.

Additional Info: Always include your SASE(self addressed stamped envelope) and extra postage stamps with your swap package. If you do not include these items the hostess will hold your return package for 30 days. (starting from the date she recieves your package) If hostess does not recieve these items within 30 days she may do with your return package as she wishes.

EXAMPLE

Due Date:

OPEN

MAKE ? 5 cards minimum 2"x3" maximum 4"x5"

HOW ? minimum 2 layers and 1 embelishment (use any product you like of quality)

Send a SASE and extra postage with your 5 cards by due date. Please note if extra postage is not needed I will send the stamps back to you.

YOU make 5 cards
YOU send them to Hostess with your SASE and extra postage stamps. She must have them in here hands by the due date.
HOSTESS waits to recieve each swap package from the 5 participants.
HOSTESS will then prepare each return swap package. She will use your SASE and the extra stamps if needed and send you your return package.
